Gateway Recovery Home is located in Bowling Green, Kentucky. We offer a men’s sober living recovery home.

The Mission of Gateway Recovery Home is to provide a safe, structured, and comfortable living environment for men who are committed to recovery, serious about their sobriety, and who need a transitional period before returning to their homes and families.

The emphasis at Gateway is on clean, sober, structured, and serene living. We offer low stress homes where residents are held accountable and re-learn how to function in a family setting. Residents are required to attend AA or NA meetings on a daily basis. Bowling Green has a large and active recovery community and the job market is strong. We assist residents in securing employment. Residents are required to work, attend full-time classes, or if the resident is not able to work, he must do volunteer service work daily.

Gateway Recovery Home is a private, self-payment facility. Residents complete an admission application, criminal background check (no violent or sex offenders admitted), and a drug screen upon admission. Random drug screens are performed at least monthly throughout the resident’s stay.

Everyone has duties and responsibilities around the home and function as productive members of a family unit. Residents may have visitors after 30 days and may earn an overnight pass after 60 days. We believe that sobriety is worth the effort.
